Parking & Entrance: Please park in the first driveway to the right in front of the garage. The entrance is the double glass door to the right of the driveway.

 

​House Rules 

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.
🐾 Pets: We allow one pet per stay. Please keep them supervised and clean up after them.
🤫 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment.

📜 Liability Waiver: All guests must sign our required equine liability waiver before arrival. This cannot be altered. Sign here.

🐴 Horse Safety Rules

• Do not enter the paddocks or barns at any time.

• Please do not pet or feed the horses—they are on special diets and routines.

• Feel free to admire them from a distance! If you have any questions, we’re happy to chat.

• The kitchen is fully equipped for your use.

• Dishes: Please wash and leave them on the drying rack.

• Trash: Place all trash in the designated bins.

 

Linens & Laundry

• Fresh linens and towels are provided.

• Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor at checkout.

• There is no washer and dryer available for guest use.
